I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was when I had a plumbing emergency last Monday and was able to have someone from your company come and help me out. I had not needed a plumber before and did not know who to call so I took a chance when I saw your ad in the yellow pages and saw that there was a 24 emergency number to call. Your employees were extremely professional and courteous and I now know who to call for all my plumbing needs. Again thanks for the great service and peace of mind. One of the Jacuzzi jets on our 3 year old tub blew a seal and leaked 40 gallons of water. We called our preferred plumbing contractor, WB Dickenson, to come and fix the problem. Upon inspection and because it was a jet that went, the repairman from WB Dickenson said the job was beyond his capability and that a professional, certified Jacuzzi repair person would be needed. I liked the honesty of the repairman.
I called the Jacuzzi company, and they recommended the same repair company that WB Dickenson did - Dan's ReNewal.
I contacted Dan's ReNewal and scheduled an appointment. Dan arrived on time, and completed the work in 1 1/2 hours. One of the things Dan had to do was cut the plumbing pipes to lift the entire tub out of place to do the repair. After fixing the leak Dan said the tub would have to sit for 24 hours for the sealant to cure on the pipes. Dan said I would need to call a plumber to re-install the tub.
So I called WB Dickenson the next day. They arrived at the appointment time and re-installed my Jacuzzi tub in just over 1 hour.
I was impressed with WB Dickenson's professionalism, and the fact they had the repair parts with them! By fixing the tub verse replacing it I saved at least $2000. Thank you WB Dickenson!

We've called WB Dickenson twice on emergency basis. Efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and get the job done. Price is comparable to others in the area. Nobody wants to pay emergency rates, but it goes with the territory.

We hired W.B. Dickenson to replace our boiler in 2004. They had the best price of anyone around plus they had a very skilled staff. They were able to get the job done very quickly. They also took away our old boiler, which most other companies would not do. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.
